Hi, my name is Hana Hnilicová Kortegaard.
I am a yoga teacher and coach expanding into yoga therapy. Certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I weave together knowledge and traditional wisdom to create supportive spaces for stress relief, wellness, and deeper connection.
My integrative approach invites you to tap into the source within that brings forth joy, play, openness, and ease in life.

MOVING INTO STILLNESS is a unique blend of Hatha yoga and Yoga Nidra designed to foster physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This practice is crafted to be gentle, rejuvenating, and deeply fulfilling, suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Each class is divided into two main segments:
1. Hatha Yoga (60%)
Focus: Postural yoga
Practice: During this portion of the class, we emphasize mindful movement and presence. Each asana (pose) is held for several breaths, allowing you to fully experience the posture and find a comfortable alignment.
Benefits: Enhances flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Promotes steady breathing and a sense of ease within the body.
2. Yoga Nidra (40%)
Yoga Nidra, often known as yogic sleep, is a state of conscious relaxation. You will be guided through a series of instructions to reach a state of deep relaxation while maintaining awareness.
Benefits: Promotes healing, empowerment, and personal growth. Facilitates profound insights and a sense of deep connection. Enhances overall well-being and inner peace.
Whether you seek physical vitality, mental clarity, or spiritual growth, this practice offers a pathway to holistic well-being.
