Movement is life.
Life is here.
Breath is here.
And so is a flux of ideas, stories, likes, dislikes, etc.
I can not hold a breath-in for too long, nor can I stop life from evolving, mind from thinking. But what I can do is to choose to befriend my breath and gently lean into its movement so that life can flow smoothly through me. And I find that practicing yoga allows me to do just that. It allows me to reconnect. It reminds me that I’m (one with) nature. It ultimately helps me to accept that there is time for inhale and growth, just like there is time for exhale and pause.
